Nashville – Memphis, a 3 day blur

If I had to describe Nashville in one word, it would be OUTSTANDING!!! What a great place. We headed straight down Broadway (Honky Town Highway), which is like a smaller Bourbon Street, lined with bars, live music and fun! We were sung a country rendition of ACDC’s Shook me all night long, great night.

Next day, we went on an adventure – a Peddle Tavern, and it’s exactly how it sounds. A little bar like creation with 10 bar stools that have peddles attached and you bike around the city while drinking. Hot Josh, our guide and steerer was great, for two hours he kept us entertained with local stories and kept the music pumping and the drinks flowing. It was a great way to see a different part of Nashville that we would never have gotten to see.

More drinking into the evening and that was Nashville – so much fun.

Next stop was Memphis, a little scary but all good. Pretty much a smaller version of Nashville, Beale Street is the main street lined with bars, and more live music – Blues! Loads of fun again.
