Day 1: Boston

Boston: WOW, what a beautiful city. Many people I speak to compare it to Melbourne, I’d have to agree it is quite Melbourne-esque – just bigger, much bigger!!! Yesterday I walked from Back Bay, through Boston Public Garden & Boston Common, through Downtown, enjoyed Oysters at the oldest restaurant in the US (great little oyster bar), strolled through the North End and over to Charlestown and then back through Beacon Hill – all beautiful places.

Even called into Cheers – yep, the bar that the show was based on. And squirells, so many cute little squirrels!

So . . . recap of day 1: beautiful city, amazing food, lovely people – I’m having a great time!

    1. It is guys. Boston is gorgeous. Caught up with Phil, Heidi and Ty last night for dinner – so much fun, they send their love. I’ve got lunch and the JFK Museum with Heidi tomorrow. And Phil is in New York later this week, same time as me, so if time permits, we’ll catch up again. xxx
