My favourite week of all is Cow Week at VVR. It is just such an amazing time, in such a beautiful place with incredible people!!

It was great to catch up with friends from last year and meet some new people as well. And the warmest of welcome you receive from the staff

I had my favourite horse, Chalula again, she is just so great and so much fun to ride. Because we were just there in July, we didn’t have to do the orientation ride, instead one of the Wranglers took Jen, Dan and myself out for a fast ride – a great way to ease into cow week.

We rode a tonne during the week and gathered over 180 cows. Unfortunately, that means there are 120 more that other guests will need to gather this week.

Also went on some great trail rides with the wonderful VVR wranglers. I truly love being a cowgirl.

It was so hard to leave, but knowing I will be back next year made saying goodbye to everyone just a little bit easier
